This will open the Morph Editor, and create a blank file called Untitled.mrh.
When you open the Dragon Age Toolset, click on File > New > Morph on the top bar. (Yes, as if you needed another reason to hate that huge loss of fan resources.) However, they have been reuploaded HERE under “core and single player head morphs.” You can make your own headmorph to change the appearance of an NPC, or to create your own player character with a lot more features than the in-game character creation menu offers. A “headmorph” or just “morph” is how a character’s appearance is created.
